RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Lalla Tangier take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Lalla Tangier will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Please email info@lallatangier.com to request a returns authorisation number. Returns will not be accepted without appropriate paperwork and a returns authorisation number.
